Plants

Siniscola

The photovoltaic plant “Siniscola” in Sardinia is an industrial rooftop construction consisting of 4230 panels with an output of 980,4 Kwp. A short aerial line connects the plant to the local MT line. The proximity to the sea and the strong prevailing winds enhance its production capacity, which is of about 1.275.000 Kwh/year.

Bocco

Situated in Sondrio, the plant benefits from an altitude difference of 650 meters and although the quantity of water is limited, it produces an output of 8.000.000 Kwh/year and, at maximum capacity, the power produced is 3 Mw. The plant has a Pelton turbine with two horizontal-axis jets. The used waters are then reutilized via …

Predarossa

The “Predarossa” plant in the area of Valmasino/Buglio in Monte in northern Italy has its water intake at 2000 mt above sea level, the highest among the plants of the Group. A wide basin, supplied by the Predarossa glacier, supplies a constant source of water which, after a 480 mt drop, produces an output of …

Pianfei

It is a ground level installation situated in Pianfei – Cuneo, northwest Italy – and has an output of 992,8 Kwp. Its 4230 panels occupy a surface area of 2 Hectares. It produces 1.400.000 Kwh yearly.

Biarlasca

It is a ground level photovoltaic plant situated in the agricultural area of Biarlasca (Cuneo – Northwest Italy) with an output of 696 Kwp. It produces 950.000 Kwh yearly.

S.Biagio

It is a ground level photovoltaic plant with an output of 990 Kwp, built with 4230 panels. It covers a surface area of 2 Hectares in the north west Italian region of Piemonte. It produces 1.400.000 Kwh/year.

Foraschetto

The Foraschetto power station, which started producing energy towards the end of 2003, was built above an existing hydroelectric plant. It has a 5-jet turbine which can handle even the smallest flow rates and when at full regime it has a power of 600 kw producing around 2.000.000 kwh/year. It is situated in Chiesa Valmalenco …

Secchione

The Secchione hydro plant is located in Chiesa in Valmalenco. It benefits from an altitude difference of 420 meters and comes from a basin surrounded by peaks and mountains over 3000 meters high. The generator consists of a horizontal axis Pelton turbine with an output of 1,8 Mw. The plant produces 4.500.000 Kwh.

Lambro Monza

This is a low-jump power plant which exploits a maximum flow rate of 15,000 liters per second on a gradient of 3.1 meters created by an existing gate-structure dam. The electromechanical unit is made up of a Kaplan bulb turbine with a completely submerged generator. The plant is located in a highly anthropized and urbanized …
